During intense workouts, your body loses vital electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium—key minerals that support muscle function, hydration, and peak performance. Kyhv Hydration is specially formulated to replenish these essential nutrients before, during, or after exercise, depending on your training needs. To use, simply tear open a sachet and mix it into 14–16 oz of water. Stay fueled, hydrated, and ready to perform.

Timing Your Hydration

When do I use Kyhv Hydration?

Before a Workout: Drink 15–30 minutes prior to activity to prep your body with essential electrolytes and start hydrated.

During a Workout: Sip throughout to maintain hydration, energy, and performance—especially during longer or high-intensity efforts.

After a Workout: Rehydrate and replenish lost minerals to support recovery and reduce fatigue after your adventure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need an electrolyte drink mix? Isn’t water enough?

While water is great for hydration, it doesn’t replace the essential minerals your body loses through sweat—like sodium, potassium, and magnesium. These electrolytes are vital for maintaining fluid balance, supporting muscle function, and keeping your nerves firing properly. Kyhv Hydration replenishes these minerals quickly and naturally, helping you recover faster and perform at your best during and after exercise.

Can I use electrolyte drink mixes if I’m not exercising?

Yes! While electrolyte drink mixes are popular among athletes, they’re also great for everyday hydration. You can benefit from them anytime you’re losing fluids—like during hot weather, travel, illness, or even a busy day on your feet. Kyhv Hydration helps restore essential minerals and keep your body balanced, so you don’t have to be working out to stay properly hydrated.

Are there any artificial ingredients or sweeteners in Kyhv Hydration?

No. Kyhv Hydration is made with only clean, real ingredients—no artificial sweeteners, no synthetic additives, and no hidden fillers. We use coconut water powder for natural electrolytes and flavor with fruit powders and monk fruit extract to keep it naturally sweet and refreshing. It's hydration you can trust—simple, effective, and made for real adventure.

Non-GMO hydration drink

This is a straightforward hydration mix the main ingredients: sodium, potassium, and magnesium. It tastes good and quality is great overall. It dissolves easily too.For a non GMO verified mix, it is very well priced. It is one of the few hydration mixes where each packet costs slightly more than $1.

delicious and healthy alternative

This feels like a great idea that’s 75% there. The formulation is clean and energizing without the jittery crash of other energy drinks. I appreciate the health-forward angle. But the taste and texture just don’t make me want to reach for it daily. That said, I’ll probably finish the box and try tweaking the water ratio. If they ever reformulate for better mixability and fuller flavor, I’d give it another shot. The box is a nice design for easy access and storage.

Electrolyte sticks

These are fairly tart compared to similar products I’ve tried before… but I’d honestly have it be tart than loaded with too much sweetener of any type. Tastes good and made in the USA.

Thirst-quenching but nothing special

The Kyhv Electrolytes don't make for a bad drink experience, but I didn't find it overwhelmingly unique, either. The packets are light on flavor. There is a hint of the berry with just a kiss of sweetness. The electrolytes didn't add any saltiness to the drink, and it was very thirst-quenching. Three stars.

Flavor isn't bad, but not great. I dillute with less water than recommended.

I've tried a couple of flavors of this product and found this one my least favorite so far. The recommended dilution is 14-16oz of water, but at that rate, the flavor is very light and blah. 12oz seems to be sweet spot. I typically add a couple of packets to a pitcher since I don't have many glasses around my house that hold more than 10-12 ounces, plus ice.

Not for me

I wanted to love this, but I just don't.It blends in well and has ingredients like coconut water powder and magnesium, but the flavor is not there for me.BodyArmor has a blueberry pomegranate flavor that I also don't love, but I like that much more than this one. This occupies a strange space between a flavor that's too strong and a flavor that isn't strong enough.I might like it more if I mixed it with a preferable flavor, but that defeats the purpose.

Heavy pomegranate flavor, light "elecrolyte" flavor, mixes very easy

This electrolyte mix is very easy to mix into your water with no clumpiness. I use a mixer bottle and didn't need to go any further (I've had other mixes where I needed to use a milk frother, not the case with this one). I left it for about 20 minutes and there wasn't any sediment at the bottom, which is also sometimes an issue. Overall, excellent on the ease of mixing.I mixed it with 16oz of water per the instructions and then added ice, because I like these colder. From a taste perspective, it's ever so slightly sweet. The pomegranate flavor hits me first and I had a hard time sensing the berry flavor outside of a few sips. If you like pomegranate (my wife and I both do) and you're not looking for something with a lot of sweetness, I think you will like this flavor. Sometimes the electrolyte mixes give you a strong electrolyte taste, this doesn't for me (but it's a little lower in sodium and some other minerals than the one I usually get, so that might be why).Overall my wife and I really like the taste and we think it's an average value for individual packets of electrolyte powder. I can see myself ordering again and mixing these into my electrolyte drink rotation.

Hydration powder

I ordered these on accident-- there were a few flavors of Kyhv energy powders offered to me, which I was excited to try, and I thought this was another one of the energy type, but it's just a caffeine-free "hydration" variety, which isn't the kind of thing I'd normally drink. I'm not mad about it, though, and I tried it out when taking my dog on a walk at 4 in the morning. It has a very light flavor which reminded me a bit of sparkling water. It definitely has a slight saltiness to it, which is typical of this sort hydration beverage. I like that a lot of these drinks are coming in powder form now, because it is more environmentally friendly to transport lightweight packets of powder that you make in your own cups than heavy disposable cans of already hydrated beverages. These are also very reasonably priced, I've seen similar beverage packets going for $20-30 in the past, so I think these are a good deal if you need extra hydration after working out or due to extreme heat, etc. These won't hurt to have, as I'm in Arizona, it's just not the type of thing I'd usually buy. It's basically only losing a star because I wish the flavor was more robust, but my wife tried it as well and she commented that people looking for intense hydration might prefer that to something more strongly flavored. I also like that they're made in the U.S. by a U.S.-based company.

Decent but artifical taste. Too expensive

Packaging- I like the minimal design of the cardboard box (which I prefer over the usual plastic bag) but it is difficult to open. I ended up tearing the cardboard in a few areas so it doesn't look very nice or close nicely anymore.Mixing- I thought the powder had mixed easily enough until I picked up my cup to see several clumps sitting at the bottom. I tried stirring it again and had to squish each of the small clumps with a spoon to get them to break apart and dissolve.Taste: The berry pomegranate flavor is pretty good but it does have an artificial taste, which I expected. I don't care for the aftertaste of the sweetener though.Value: at over $1.25 per packet, these are expensive compared to other similar options and they don't seem to have many/any advantages beyond having healthy ingredients. Healthy convenient product but not worth the price for me.

This is a review of “Khyv Nutrition Hydration Electrolyte Drink Mix - Berry Pomegranate”

I've been on a mission to find a hydration solution that works for my high-altitude dry climate, and these electrolyte packets are exactly what I needed. The Berry Pomegranate flavor is a winner—it’s crisp, refreshing, and tastes like a perfect blend of both berry and pomegranate flavors. I appreciate that it's naturally sweetened with monk fruit and doesn't have any artificial flavors. The 12 single-serve packets are incredibly convenient; I can easily throw one in my bag for a quick boost anywhere. Each packet mixes effortlessly in my water bottle without any clumping or grittiness, and the powder instantly makes my hard water taste softer and cleaner. With just 20 calories per packet, it's a guilt-free way to quench my thirst and support my energy levels. The added coconut water powder is a great touch for that extra hydration. After drinking this, I feel genuinely more hydrated and energized compared to just drinking plain water. This product has become a staple in my routine. I'd love to see more flavors become available!

Good ingredients and flavor, but pricey

This is a decent electrolyte mix with clean ingredients and a flavor that’s actually enjoyable. I do, however, find it a bit strong and mix it at half strength most of the time. I also think that the magnesium content is on the lower side for an electrolyte mix (29mg per serving). The big issue for me is the price. At 12 sticks for $14.99, this is on the more pricey side of electrolytes. The mix also tends to clump at first when mixing, but does eventually dissolve completely dissolve.I'd like it more If the price was better and the magnesium content was a bit higher. As it stands, it’s good but not great.

Solid hydration mix, but nothing mind-blowing

Tried these out after using Liquid I.V. and LMNT for a while. This one’s a little lighter on the electrolytes and not as salty, so it’s good if you want something mild for everyday hydration and don’t want a sugar bomb. The berry pomegranate flavor is decent—more pomegranate than berry, not overly sweet, but you can taste the monk fruit a bit. Mixes okay in cold water, but I did get some small clumps unless I shook it pretty hard. Value is alright for the clean ingredients, but there are cheaper options if you’re not picky. I’ll finish the box, but not sure I’d buy again unless it’s on sale.

Refreshing and Balanced Hydration Mix

I tried this Kyhv Nutrition hydration mix in Berry Pomegranate, and it’s quickly become one of my favorites. The flavor is bright and fruity without being overly sweet, and there’s no weird artificial aftertaste since it’s zero sugar. It mixes easily in cold water—just a few shakes and it’s fully dissolved. In terms of performance, it really does help with hydration. The blend of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and vitamin C feels balanced—enough electrolytes to make a difference without being salty. I notice a clear boost in energy and focus after workouts or long days, without any crash. Each stick is perfectly portioned and convenient for travel or gym bags. The clean ingredients and non-GMO, gluten-free formula make it a great option if you’re watching what goes into your drinks. For 12 sticks, the value is solid, especially considering the quality.✅ Refreshing Berry Pomegranate flavor✅ Zero sugar, clean taste✅ Balanced electrolytes for real hydration✅ Dissolves quickly, no clumps✅ Gluten-free, non-GMO, and convenient❌ Slightly tart for those who prefer milder flavors❌ Goes fast if used daily

A Hydration Helper

This 12-pack of hydration electrolyte drink mix packets, in a berry pomegranate flavor, hails from Kyhv Nutrition. It's a zero-sugar powder designed for rapid hydration, featuring a blend of electrolytes like sodium, potassium and magnesium, plus coconut water powder and vitamin C.This is a nice tasting drink mix. As with other supplements, while I'm not able to quantify the specific health aspects, I can say it's a nice beverage. Anything beyond the nice taste is a bonus. All in all, I'm pleased with this drink mix. Should my opinion of this mix ever lose its pomegranate punch, this review will be updated.

Not the best, value not there

This is similar to many other electrolyte drink mix sets. Individually wrapped servings of powder which you mix with a glass of water, and a flavor that takes getting used to. It's not my favorite flavor, it feels a bit artificial. It's not super salty, but the flavor itself is a bit off. It doesn't mix as well as other brands, it clumped up a little. I didn't feel particularly hydrated after use, whereas I do tend to notice a difference after other brands. I may use more of this up, but it won't be the first one I reach for, and I would not purchase again. Even if I enjoyed it, I don't feel the value is there for the amount you receive.

Hydration with Vitamin C

I've tried various hydration electrolyte powders, but this is the first one that has Vitamin C. It has a berry flavor. I can't say that I taste the pomegranate. It does have a slightly salty taste. I like that it uses coconut water and monk fruit as a sweetener. I added it to about 16ozs of water and it dissolved quickly. I like that they are in individual packets as it makes it convenient to carry around. I thought that it was reasonably priced and cheaper than buying a bottled electrolyte drink.

works fine for hydration, price per packet feels high

The media could not be loaded.

Mixing is hit or miss. Sometimes it blends smoothly, other times I end up with clumps that need extra stirring (see my video). When it does dissolve cleanly, it leaves no grit and makes water taste fresher. The convenience of individual packets is nice, especially for travel, workouts, or hot days.Taste - it just tastes like generic berry with an artificial edge. I found it a little tart but otherwise fine at the recommended 16 ounces. It is not overly sweet, which I liked, but the aftertaste of the sweetener may not appeal to everyone. On the nutrition side, it has coconut water powder, magnesium, and some vitamins, which add some value. Sodium and other electrolytes are lighter than in stronger mixes, so if you need heavy replenishment after hard exercise this may not be enough. The calorie count is low, which is good if you just want hydration without extra sugar.Value is where it stumbles. At over a dollar per stick, it costs more than many similar options while offering only a modest set of ingredients. The eco-friendlier cardboard box is a plus, though the box itself tears easily.Overall, it is a decent hydration option, especially if you want a lighter flavor and lower sodium mix. I would not call it the best deal, but it is convenient and serviceable if you catch it on sale.

Kyhv Nutrition Hydration Electrolyte Drink Mix Powder Packets

I use electrolyte powder packets almost every day, and I have used NUMEROUS brands. I was excited to try this brand because of the unique flavor and because these don't have any added sugar. So many of the powders I have tried in the past are SOOOO sweet it's unbearable (to me, anyway). This drink mix tastes GREAT - it's slightly sweet (from the monk fruit), which helps balances the slight tartness of the pomegranate. It doesn't taste overly salty at all, and I also like that this mix includes coconut water powder, as well as added vitamin C.It's nice to see the amounts of sodium, potassium and magnesium clearly printed right on the front of the package. The pre-measured packets are also super convenient to throw in my work bag or keep with me in the car. Overall very pleased with the taste and quality of this supplement!

Tart

I'm all for the convenience of electrolyte drink packets, and these tear open easily unlike some other brands, which I appreciate. After drinking, I feel as hydrated as with my favorite electrolytes so that's also great. However, I don't love the flavor. It's extremely tart and I find myself diluting by quite a bit to make it palatable. Those that prefer their drinks to have some sweetness might not love these. They do not taste salty at all and the color is quite vivid.
